Return Policy

At Osiante Biotech, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
    • The product has not expired and has a minimum shelf life of six months from the date of return.
    • The product is purchased directly from Osiante Biotech or an authorized distributor.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened products.
  • Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
  • Short-expiry items confirmed by the customer during the purchase.
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@osiantebiotech.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Once you receive the RAN, please package the item securely in its original packaging (if applicable) and include any receipts, invoices, or other documentation.
  • Clearly indicate the RAN on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility.
  1. Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned item, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this during the return process, and we will arrange for the replacement product based on availability.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage when contacting customer service.
